“Having been a longtime stockist of the Mark McNairy footwear program, Atlanta-based boutique Standard recently lent its creative vision to a limited edition Mark McNairy Brogue Boot Spring/Summer 2012 capsule collection. The collaborative effort comes to fruition via a trio of premium footwear iterations featuring a mid-top seven eyelet brogue boot. Chromatic flannel textiles mark a refined contrast against the supple leather upper of each rendition. Metal eyelet hardware is home to both waxed leather and tube lace options, while a stitch-down leather outsole and white Vibram Cristy outsole option serve as the foundation for the sophisticated range. Traditional brogue detailing runs its course through the entirety of the upper, while a soft interior tan leather completes the aesthetic. Retailing for $485 USD, availability is now offered in-store or online through Standard.”
