Pitchfolk.tv linked with Detroit emcee and 2012 XXL Freshman Danny Brown to bring us the documentary ‘Detroit State of Mind’. In the documentary, we get a look into the gifted lyricist’s life as we meet his friends & family, take a ride through the D, see him record, perform at Dilla Day and hear him speak on different topics, including the influence of MF Doom. I think Pitchfolk did at excellent job at putting this together. Check out the 20-minute documentary below:
