AGS Up-Close : Air Jordan 4 Retro ‘Fire Red’

Jordan brand continues to release classic colorways this year with the Fire red 4s. The last time we saw this shoe was summer 06. This years retro doesn’t have the signature MARS face on the outer heel, but is nonetheless true to the previous retro. They aren’t going to “wow” you in the quality department. Especially if you own the Cav 4s, but the colorway alone makes this a needed piece if your an enthusiast. Look for these to hit retailers this August 2012

Patent 11 Lows haven’t hit store shelves in a long time. The model is well know to be MJ’s personal favorite. If your familiar with the classic 11 lows, then the look on these is pretty straight forward. White Patent leather, mesh upper, & mid-sole. Black lining & Red ice bottom. Pretty sure these will sell out given the way “less” attractive retros have been selling out.

AGS UpClose – Nike LeBron 9 Low Easter

Coming later this year is the Nike LeBron 9 for the start of a series of low-top releases from the signature model. First up is this “Easter” colorway due out in April. This model is a Hyperfuse-constructed shoe. The main part of the shoe features a grey-based upper, with a Mint Candy green hit on the tongue and LeBron logos on the toebox and heel. The “Easter” LeBron sits atop a new green full-length 360 Air Max bag and mint/grey rubber outsole. Nike Basketball’s Easter Collection, which will also includes signature styles for Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant.

After consumers just dealt with the in the shops out the shops release of the Air Jordan X “Chicago” release comes another sought after X color-way the “Stealth”.

The Stealth color-way is very Reminiscent of the classic “Shadow” Air Jordan X. This model sports a black upper, nubuck and leather. Another dope detail is the white and light grey outsole and the checkered lining. JB gave X lovers another soon to be classic with this one.

AGS Up-Close : Nike Air Foamposite One – Yellow “Electrolime”

Here we have the yellow or “Electrolime” version of the Foamposite One. It’s already been noted that these are inspired by the team that Penny started his career with originally, the Golden State Warriors. This new foamposite undoubtedly will have the sneaker community lining up and discussing the fact on how these are much greater then lasts years attempt at a more greenish yellow foamposite. These are slated to drop this march.

The Jordan 10 has made a strong appearance in this years retro line up. This color way will probably be slept on now, but in a few years it could be hard to find. The tumbled white leather, patent leather side panel, with royal blue & white accents.

This year is full of classic color way retro Jordans. Chicago 10′s sold like hot cakes. Its safe to say these will most likely do the same. The Cement 4′s are every sneaker collectors favorite. Smooth leather upper, black, grey, & white sole. These shoes haven’t changed much at all since the original 1989 release. Check local retailers 2/18/12.
